Thirteen consecutive years at the tulip fields… and this is the first time visiting during sunrise! I was a little bummed because I was maybe a week early… the fences were still up to keep the deer out, the fields weren’t 100% in bloom yet, but it was still beautiful and it was lovely to see the fields in a whole new light.

Read MoreBefore COVID season hit, I at least made it up to Sugarloaf to watch the sunset. It was such a pretty walk too, quite a few people out. I was the only one at the top for a while until it was right at peak sunset and all of a sudden, it got busy! But yeah, a worthy hike in all seasons.
